Dr. Ann Marie Allen is the Founder and CEO of IPIE Learning. With over 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Allen has served in a wide range of roles including class teacher, phase leader, subject leader, SENCO, Assistant Headteacher, and Deputy Headteacher. Her deep commitment to pupil learning and development is the driving force behind IPIE Learning’s mission. Dr. Allen leads a passionate team that supports the IPIE community, helping young individuals become the best version of themselves through transformative learning experiences and leadership opportunities.

 I'm a dedicated and driven postgraduate Law student at the University of York. Studying International Human Rights law and practice, my overwhelming passion to see my community thrive has afforded me the opportunity to work as director  this summer school.  

I'm a passionate Teacher with outstanding expertise in education and child development. I bring over two decades of experience working with children from babies to young adults (0-18+). Since 2022, I have proudly supported the IPIE Summer School, a themed, family-focused programme that nurtures young leaders and promotes community engagement. I am deeply committed to creating accessible, empowering 

I am a qualified UK teacher with over 40 years of experience in education. Since the founding of the summer school in 2020, I have been proud to play a key role in it's growth and success. My work is driven by a deep love for my people and culture.

I am currently studying a BA in Fine Arts at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. I have achieved two Level 3 diplomas in Art & Design as well as Fine Art. My creative skills have granted me opportunities to lead art workshops and web design.
